Raw honey is the base of every gummy — the vehicle, not a flavour coating. Energy Nº02 carries shilajit resin, reishi extract 4:1, cordyceps extract 4:1 and beetroot extract. Sleep Nº01 carries skullcap, passionflower, chamomile and L-theanine.

How fast does the honey system act?
Honey acts as the delivery vehicle. The gummy softens, the actives release, and the formula moves through the five phases set out on our homepage — compound, release, breakdown, uptake and diffusion.
How quickly anyone notices anything varies from person to person, so we don't publish onset times. We'll add specifics here once our clinical partners have approved them.
Can I take both rituals on the same day?
Yes — the two are built to work as one system across a single day. Energy Nº02 belongs to the morning, Sleep Nº01 to the evening.
If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to your doctor before starting either ritual.
When should I take each formula?
Energy Nº02 — two gummies in the morning.
Sleep Nº01 — two gummies in the evening.
Each tube holds 30 gummies, or 15 servings — roughly two weeks of a single ritual.
How should I store my Vessil gummies?
Keep the tube closed and store it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Honey is naturally self-preserving, which is how the botanicals hold their potency from our vessel to your door.
Reseal after every use. Warmth and humidity are what soften gummies and make them stick together.
